The overall market pulled back this week which was to be expected buying generic propecia after this massive run upward. The Dow closed the week down almost 260 points.

Market Review – Week ending 5/08/09

This was the area of the 8-month moving average on the monthly chart. As you can see in the chart below, the market tested that level this week. And what a week it was, the Dow ripped upward for a +362 point gain or +4.4%. That is a remarkable.

This market just won’t quit! Late last night news reports stated that Bank of America(BAC) might need a whole lot of additional funding. This morning, like magic, that was good news, the stock gapped up, and is now up over 16% for the day. So, what’s the good news? Some such thing about Bank of Anerica converting preferred shares already held by the Treasury to obtain the capital.

Market Review – Week ending 5/01/09

The Dow Jones Industrial Average moved up 136.12 this week to close at 8,212, a gain of +1.89%. This market is showing surprising strength.
